Winters Pioneer Ltd is the holding company of three long established Dundee businesses, with its head office and main base in Dundee, and an additional operational site in Cumbernauld. The group has three key areas of operation namely; “Winters Print”, “Winters Office Supplies”, and “Pioneer Packaging”
Winters Pioneer Ltd was formed in 2001 as a vehicle for the management buy out of David Winter & Son Ltd, established in 1798 and Pioneer Packaging established in 1971.
David Winter & Son Ltd is one of Scotland’s leading printing and office supply organisations. Our Print Division provides a complete print package from design to print to finish. Winters Print has invested in state of the art equipment from the introduction of the first lithographic press in the 1800’s to today’s computer to plate technology.
Winters Office Supplies was set up in the 1970’s as a high street retailer of general stationery, art and craft materials, academic supplies and wedding stationery. In the late 1980’s the retail division was developed into today’s business to business Office Supplies Division. Pioneer Packaging Ltd is a specialist in bespoke packaging solutions and is a distributor of consumable packaging products such as barrier foil products and protective wrapping. In printing, packaging and office supplies the markets are generally regarded as highly competitive, our USP is based upon the timeless principles of quality and service offering traditional servicing of accounts with a level of flexibility designed to meet ever changing needs.
